והוה בתר כן ומחא דוד ית פלשתאי ותברינון ונסיב דוד ית תקון אמתא מידא דפלשתאי:
dplshthay myda amtha thqwn yth dwd wnsyb wthbrynwn plshthay yth dwd wmkha kn bthr whwh
After this, David struck the Philistines and subdued them; and David took the bridle of the mother city out of the hand of the Philistines.

ומחא ית מואבאי ומשח להון בעדבא רמי יתהון לארעא ומשח תרין חבלין למקטל ומלי חבלא לאחאה והוו מואבא לדוד לעבדין נטלי פרס:
prs nTly lebdyn ldwd mwaba whww lakhah khbla wmly lmqTl khblyn thryn wmshkh larea ythhwn rmy bedba lhwn wmshkh mwabay yth wmkha
He defeated Moab, and measured them with the line, making them to lie down on the ground; and he measured two lines to put to death, and one full line to keep alive. The Moabites became servants to David, and brought tribute.

ומחא דוד ית הדדעזר בר רחוב מלכא דצובא כד אזל לאשנאה תחומיה בנהר פרת:
prth bnhr thkhwmyh lashnah azl kd dtswba mlka rkhwb br hddezr yth dwd wmkha
David also struck Hadadezer the son of Rehob, king of Zobah, as he went to recover his dominion at the River.

ואסר דוד מניה אלף ושבע מאה פרשין ועשרין אלפין גבר רגלי ועקד דוד ית כל רתיכיא ואשאר מנהון מאה רתיכין:
rthykyn mah mnhwn washar rthykya kl yth dwd weqd rgly gbr alpyn weshryn prshyn mah wshbe alp mnyh dwd wasr
David took from him one thousand seven hundred horsemen and twenty thousand footmen. David hamstrung the chariot horses, but reserved enough of them for one hundred chariots.

ואתו אנש ארם דמשק למסעד להדדעזר מלכא דצובה ומחא דוד בארם עשרין ותרין אלפין גברא:
gbra alpyn wthryn eshryn barm dwd wmkha dtswbh mlka lhddezr lmsed dmshq arm ansh wathw
When the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadadezer king of Zobah, David struck twenty two thousand men of the Syrians.

ומני דוד אסטרטיגין בארם דמשק והוו אנש ארם לדוד לעבדין נטלי פרס ופרק יי ית דוד בכל אתר די הליך:
hlyk dy athr bkl dwd yth yy wprq prs nTly lebdyn ldwd arm ansh whww dmshq barm asTrTygyn dwd wmny
Then David put garrisons in Syria of Damascus; and the Syrians became servants to David, and brought tribute. Yahweh gave victory to David wherever he went.

ונסיב דוד ית שלטי דדהבא דהוו על עבדי הדדעזר ואיתינון לירושלם:
lyrwshlm waythynwn hddezr ebdy el dhww ddhba shlTy yth dwd wnsyb
David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadadezer, and brought them to Jerusalem.

ומבטח ומברותי קרוי הדדעזר נסיב מלכא דוד נחשא סגי לחדא:
lkhda sgy nkhsha dwd mlka nsyb hddezr qrwy wmbrwthy wmbTkh
From Betah and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, King David took a great quantity of bronze.

ושמע תועי מלכא דחמת ארי מחא דוד ית כל משרית הדדעזר:
hddezr mshryth kl yth dwd mkha ary dkhmth mlka thwey wshme
When Toi king of Hamath heard that David had struck all the army of Hadadezer,

ושלח תועי ית יורם בריה לות מלכא דוד למשאל ליה לשלם ולברכותיה על דאגיח קרבא בהדדעזר וקטליה ארי גבר עביד קרבין עם תועי הוה הדדעזר ועמיה הוו מני כספא ומני דהבא ומני נחשא:
nkhsha wmny dhba wmny kspa mny hww wemyh hddezr hwh thwey em qrbyn ebyd gbr ary wqTlyh bhddezr qrba dagykh el wlbrkwthyh lshlm lyh lmshal dwd mlka lwth bryh ywrm yth thwey wshlkh
then Toi sent Joram his son to King David to greet him and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and struck him; for Hadadezer had wars with Toi. Joram brought with him vessels of silver, vessels of gold, and vessels of bronze.

אף יתהון אקדיש מלכא דוד קדם יי עם כספא ודהבא די אקדיש מכל עממיא די כבש:
kbsh dy emmya mkl aqdysh dy wdhba kspa em yy qdm dwd mlka aqdysh ythhwn ap
King David also dedicated these to Yahweh, with the silver and gold that he dedicated of all the nations which he subdued—

מארם וממואב ומבני עמון ומפלשתאי ומעמלקאי ומביזת הדדעזר בר רחוב מלכא דצובה:
dtswbh mlka rkhwb br hddezr wmbyzth wmemlqay wmplshthay emwn wmbny wmmwab marm
of Syria, of Moab, of the children of Ammon, of the Philistines, of Amalek, and of the plunder of Hadadezer, son of Rehob, king of Zobah.

וכנש דוד משרין כד תב מלממחי ית ארם בגיא מלח תמנת עסר אלפין:
alpyn esr thmnth mlkh bgya arm yth mlmmkhy thb kd mshryn dwd wknsh
David earned a reputation when he returned from striking down eighteen thousand men of the Syrians in the Valley of Salt.

ומני באדום אסטרטיגין בכל אדום מני אסטרטיגין והוו כל אדום עבדין לדוד ופרק יי ית דוד בכל אתר די הליך:
hlyk dy athr bkl dwd yth yy wprq ldwd ebdyn adwm kl whww asTrTygyn mny adwm bkl asTrTygyn badwm wmny
He put garrisons in Edom. Throughout all Edom, he put garrisons, and all the Edomites became servants to David. Yahweh gave victory to David wherever he went.

ומלך דוד על כל ישראל והוה דוד עביד דין דקשוט וזכו לכל עמיה:
emyh lkl wzkw dqshwT dyn ebyd dwd whwh yshral kl el dwd wmlk
David reigned over all Israel; and David executed justice and righteousness for all his people.

ויואב בר צרויה ממנא על חילא ויהושפט בר אחילוד ממנא על דכרניא:
dkrnya el mmna akhylwd br wyhwshpT khyla el mmna tsrwyh br wywab
Joab the son of Zeruiah was over the army, Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was recorder,

וצדוק בר אחיטוב ואחימלך בר אביתר כהניא ושריה ספרא:
spra wshryh khnya abythr br wakhymlk akhyTwb br wtsdwq
Zadok the son of Ahitub and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar were priests, Seraiah was scribe,
